The following incident occurred on January 05, 2013:

OWI Arrest:
At 2:09 a.m., Deputies stopped a motor vehicle driven by Trevor James McGuire, 20, Madison, for a traffic offense on STH 11, at CTH M, in the Town of Cadiz. McGuire was cited for 1st Offense OWI, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Proof of Insurance, Improper Display of Registration decals and Operating Left of Center. McGuire remained incarcerated at the Green County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
 
Traffic Arrest:
At 3:37 a.m., Oscar L. Toledo Lozano, age 37, of Monroe, was stopped for a traffic violation on  STH 59, west of Decatur Sylvester Road, in the Town of Sylvester. Toledo Lozano was cited for Operating after Suspension and No Proof of Insurance. Toledo Lozano was released pending court.
 
MV Crash:
At 7:21 a.m., Deputies responded to the 400 block of 14th Avenue, in the Village of New Glarus, for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Michael D. Hisel, 54, New Glarus, struck a parked vehicle while traveling eastbound. The parked vehicle was owned by Tracy R. Wing, 48, Monticello. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were driven from the scene. Hisel was wearing his seat belt and there was no airbag deployment.
 
MV Crash:
At 7:37 a.m., Deputies were dispatched to a one-vehicle rollover accident that occurred on STH 59, south of Oliver Road, Albany Township. Kristi R. Helland, 37, of Juda, was traveling east on STH 59 when she lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve. Helland's vehicle went off the east side of the road, then came back on the road and skidded across the roadway. The vehicle then went off the west side of the roadway and overturned. Helland was not injured in the accident and she was wearing a seat belt. No air bags were deployed on her vehicle.  Helland's vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
 
Warrant Arrest:
At 12:09 p.m., Chad D. Olson, 22, Browntown, was cited for speeding on Mills Street, south of East Park Street, in the Village of Browntown.  A passenger, Christopher S. Meritt, 30, No known address, was arrested on warrants issued by Green County Sheriff's Department and Monroe Police Department for Failure to Appear.  Meritt was also charged with Obstructing and Bail jumping.  Meritt remains in custody pending court. 
 
OWI:
At 1:14 p.m., Green County Sheriff's Department received a traffic complaint of a motor vehicle on STH 69. The vehicle was located and stopped on STH 69 at Abely Road, Town of Monroe.  The driver, Sheri A. Will, 46, of Glenbeulah, WI, was arrested on charges of Inattentive Driving and 4th Offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence. Will was incarcerated pending court or bond.
 
MV Crash:
At 5:32 p.m., a car driven by Ruth A. Kohn, 63, Monroe, was going westbound in the W5200 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe, when three deer collided with her vehicle.  The occupants of the vehicle were not injured and were wearing seatbelts.  There was no airbag deployment. The car received moderate damage and was driven from the scene by the operator.
 
MV Crash:
At 8:19 p.m., Deputies responded to the W9200 Block of CTH B, east of West River Road, Cadiz Township, for a vehicle vs. deer collision. Noah K. Thomson, 17, of Browntown, was westbound on CTH B when a single deer entered his lane of travel and collided with his vehicle. The collision caused moderate front-end damage to Thomson's vehicle. Thomson was the lone vehicle occupant, was wearing a seat belt, and was uninjured. The collision did not cause airbag deployment. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
 
MV Crash:
At 11:00 p.m., Deputies responded to a vehicle crash on STH 81, east of CTH M (south), Town of Jordan. Investigation revealed that Pedro Anastacio-Garcia, 35, of Beloit, was eastbound on STH 81 when he lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a curve. Anastacio-Garcia entered the south ditch, going airborne off a culvert, causing the vehicle to overturn several times. Anastacio-Garcia then fled the crash on foot, and was located by Argyle Police in an open business with injuries. Anastacio-Garcia refused medical treatment, his seatbelt was used and the airbag did not deploy. The vehicle sustained severe overall damage and was towed from the scene. Anastacio-Garcia was cited for Operating While Revoked (criminal), Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle, Operating Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of a Crash. He was released pending court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
