February 19, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on February 18, 2013:

Traffic Arrest:
At 4:57 a.m., Deputies cited Eliezer Vazquez Estudillo, 31, Monroe, for Speeding, Operating without Motor Vehicle Insurance, and Operating with a Suspended Driver’s License on STH 69, at Hill Lane, in Monroe Township. He was released pending court.
 
MV Crash:
At 9:20 p.m., Deputies responded to the W500 block of STH 11, in the Town of Decatur, for a motor vehicle crash. Mariah L. Ahrens, 17, of Brodhead, was driving east on STH 11 when she lost control on the snow and ice-covered road. Ahren's vehicle left the south side of the road, entered the south ditch, and struck several small trees. Ahren's was not injured, was wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy. There was minor front-end damage and the vehicle was driven from the scene.
 
MV Crash:
At 9:47 p.m., Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash in the N1800 block of STH 69, Clarno Township. Sean A. Harrison, 30, of Freeport, was southbound on STH 69 when he lost control of the vehicle on the ice/snow-covered roadway. The vehicle entered the ditch and rolled once, coming to rest on its wheels. Harrison reported no injuries and was wearing his seatbelt. There was no airbag deployment in the vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
