March 03, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incident occurred on March 1, 2013: 

Traffic Crime:
At 11:56 P.M., Deputies stopped Jeremy D. Artis, age 20, of Winslow, IL, for a traffic infraction in the N7400 block of STH 69, Town of New Glarus. Artis was cited for Fourth Offense Operating with No Valid Driver’s License. He was released pending court.
 
The following incidents occurred on March 2, 2013:
 
Warrant Arrest:
At 5:02 A.M., Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the N7300 block of STH 69, Town of New Glarus. The driver, German R. Salvador-Cisneros, age 40, of Madison, was cited for Speeding and was arrested on a warrant issued by the Dane County Sheriff’s Department for Contempt of Court. He was transported to the Green County Jail and was later released after satisfying the warrant.
 
Traffic Arrest:
At 4:16 P.M., Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the W7900 block of STH 11, Town of Cadiz. The driver, Nicole L. Kaiser, age 28, of Gratiot, was cited for Operating While Suspended. She was released pending court.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 10:09 P.M., a Deputy responded to the W3300 block of Purintun Road, Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a vehicle vs. deer crash. Investigation revealed Michael L. Zweifel, age 23, of Albany, was eastbound on Purintun Road when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle.  The collision caused minor damage with no airbag deployment. Zweifel was wearing a seat belt and was uninjured.
