March 28, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on March 27, 2013: 

Alcohol Offense:
At 5:39 A.M., Deputies, assisted by the Monroe Police, responded to the area of Gempeler Road and CTH K, Town of Clarno, for suspicious activity. As a result of the investigation, Jared W. Weber, age 18, of rural Monroe, was cited for First Offense Underage Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. Weber was released pending court.
 
Dog Not to Run at Large:
At 9:01 A.M., Deputies responded to the N8100 block of Holly Lane, Town of Exeter, for a dog running at large complaint. The dog owner, Fritz O. Treuthardt, age 77, of rural Belleville, was cited for Second Offense Dog Not to Run at Large. Treuthardt was released pending court.

“Pursuant to the directive of the WI Supreme Court, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty”.
