The following incidents occurred on April 8, 2013: 

Operate Under the Influence:
At 12:42 P.M., Deputies responded to a traffic complaint of the erratic driving of a westbound vehicle in the W2500 block of STH 11, Town of Sylvester. The offending vehicle was located and stopped by Deputies in the City of Monroe. The driver, Emily Ann Skattum, age 29, of Monroe, was arrested for Second Offense Operating While Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Skattum was also cited for the criminal traffic offense of Operating While Revoked, as well as Operating a Motor Vehicle with No Insurance. She was released to a responsible party pending court.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 9:23 P.M., a Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash in the N1100 block of CTH M, Town of Cadiz.
Investigation revealed Russell G. Alston, age 46, of Monroe, was northbound on CTH M when a deer collided with his vehicle. Alston was not injured and reported wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained moderate damage with no airbag deployment. It was driven from the scene.
