The following incidents occurred on, Saturday April 13, 2013:
At 11:39 PM, Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at a residence on CTH J, Town of York. Investigation resulted in Stephen P. Murray, 45, of rural Blanchardville, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct – Domestic Abuse. Murray was jailed pending court or bond.
At 11:52 PM, Deputies responded to the N2300 block of Bagley Road, Spring Grove Township, for a vehicle in the ditch. Investigation resulted with Peter J. Bonlie, 56, of Bonita Springs, FL, being arrested for OWI-4th Offense. Bonlie was also cited for Failure to Maintain Control of a Vehicle. Bonlie was jailed pending court or bond.
The following incidents occurred on Sunday April 14, 2013:
At 7:49 PM, Deputies, along with Albany PD, FD, and EMS, were dispatched to State Highway 59, near Dunphy Road, Albany Township, for a rollover vehicle crash. A car driven by Clayton K. Smith 22, of Milton, was westbound on STH 59 when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle entered the ditch and struck a culvert. The vehicle then went up an embankment where it became airborne and came to a rest on the south side of the road. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene. Smith and a passenger were transported by EMS for non-life-threatening injuries. Smith was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated-2nd Offense. He was released to a responsible party. Other charges are pending.
At 8:02 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the N4000 block of County Hwy F, Decatur Township, for a car vs. deer crash. Robert G. Riemer, 50, of Brodhead, was operating on CTH F when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Riemer advised he was wearing his safety belt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
At 9:05 PM, Deputies, along with the Wisconsin State Patrol, Green County EMS, and the Monroe FD, responded to the W4300 block of State Hwy 59, Sylvester Township, for a vehicle rollover crash with injuries. Investigation revealed that Lori J. Merwin, 50, of Monroe, was eastbound when she failed to negotiate a curve. Merwin’s vehicle crossed the center line and entered the north gravel shoulder where the vehicle collided with a guardrail. Merwin’s vehicle then traveled down a steep embankment where it rolled over several times before coming to a rest. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene. The airbags did deploy. Merwin was transported by EMS for non-life threatening injures. Merwin was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated-1st Offense, and was cited for Failure to Maintain Control of a Motor Vehicle. She was released pending court.
