April 24, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on April 23, 2013:

MV Crash:
At 7:33 a.m., Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on Greenbush Road, west of CTH S, in the Township of Sylvester. Todd H Kennedy, 51, Albany, was traveling west on Greenbush Road when he sideswiped the guardrail. His vehicle sustained moderate right side damage, the airbags did not deploy, seat belt was worn and no injury. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
 
MV Crash:
At 3:30 p.m., Deputies and the Argyle Fire Department responded to the N6700 block of CTH A, Adams Township, for a vehicle fire.   Cody G. Stamm, 28, of Argyle, was operating a 2006 Ford F150 westbound on CTH A when Stamm observed smoke coming from the engine compartment. The fire caused severe damage and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
 
Revoked Driver:
At 5:53 p.m., Brant A. Guillory, 29, of Gratiot, was stopped for a traffic violation in the W6200 block of STH 11, Monroe Township. Guillory was cited for Operating with a Revoked Driver’s License and released pending court.
 
MV Crash:
At 8:19 p.m., a truck driven by Brian S. Bieri, 38, Darlington, was going northbound in the N4000 block of CTH N, in the Town of Monroe, when a deer collided with his vehicle. The driver was not injured and was wearing a seatbelt. There was no airbag deployment. The truck received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
