The following incidents occurred on April 26, 2013:

MV Crash – Vehicle vs deer:
At 8:12 a.m., Deputies were advised of a vehicle vs. deer crash that occurred at about 5:30 a.m. in the N4900 block of CTH M, in Adams Township. Geoffrey J. Stout, 56, Argyle, was southbound when a deer collided with his vehicle. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. There was no information on seatbelt usage or airbag deployment.
MV Crash – Injury:
At 9:20 a.m., Deputies were dispatched to Marty Road, .3 mile north of Marty Lane, New Glarus Township, for a one-vehicle crash with minor injuries.  Investigation revealed that a ByTec tanker truck, driven by Ronald D. Schafer, 62, Monroe, was traveling north on Marty Road when he lost control of the truck while negotiating a curve. The truck went off the east side of the roadway. Schafer overcorrected and the tanker truck overturned onto its side, and also struck a small tree.
Schafer received minor injuries and refused medical attention at the scene. He was later transported by private vehicle to an area hospital. Schafer was wearing a seat belt and there was no airbag deployment.
The truck sustained extensive damage in the accident and was towed from the scene. There was no spillage of material.
Deputies were assisted with the accident by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
Schafer will be cited for Failure To Maintain Control and was released pending court.
MV Crash – Vehicle vs. Semi:
At 2:05 p.m., Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on STH 104, at W. Footville Brodhead Road, Town of Decatur. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Magnolia Mae Grenawalt, 20, of Madison, was westbound on W. Footville Brodhead Road. Grenawalt failed to yield the right away from the stop sign to a southbound semi operated by James J. Srnka, 61, of Hilbert, WI.
Grenawalt collided with the driver’s side semi trailer tires, coming to a rest on the shoulder of the roadway. Grenawalt was not injured, her seatbelt was used and the airbag did not deploy. Grenawalt's vehicle sustained moderate front and passenger side damage and was driven from the scene. Srnka was not injured, his seatbelt was used, and the semi truck was not equipped with an airbag.
The semi truck was not damaged, the tank trailer received moderate damage to the driver’s side tires, and the unit was driven from the scene. Grenawalt was cited for Inattentive Driving, Failure to Yield Right of Way from a Stop Sign and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance. She was released pending court.
MV Crash:
At 3:08 p.m., Deputies were dispatched to the N6000 block of STH 104, Albany Township, for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries being reported.
Investigation found that a vehicle operated by Russell D. Atkinson, 49, Brodhead, was traveling southbound on STH 104 and slowing for a farm implement operating on the roadway. A second vehicle operated by John L. Macke, 66, Albany, was also southbound when he performed an evasive maneuver to avoid colliding with Atkinson's vehicle. Macke's vehicle sideswiped the Atkinson vehicle before entering the west ditch, and came to rest.
Atkinson was not injured and was wearing his seatbelt. There was no airbag deployment in the vehicle. The vehicle sustained very minor damage and was driven from the scene.

Macke was verbally warned for Inattentive Driving.
