The following incidents occurred on May 11, 2013:
At 11:38 a.m., Deputies were dispatched to the Clarno Township parking lot, on CTH B, to investigate a two-vehicle accident that occurred. Investigation revealed that a van, driven by Jeffrey M. Minder, 38, of Monroe, was parked in the Clarno Township parking lot and was waiting his turn to back into the Township dump when a pickup truck, driven by Linda L. Stricker, 65, Monroe, backed out of the Township dump into the parking lot and struck Minder's vehicle. Neither Minder nor Stricker were injured in the accident and both were wearing seat belts. No air bags were deployed on either vehicle. Minder's van sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Stricker's truck was not damaged and was also driven from the scene.
At 3:44 p.m., Jeffrey R. Kubly, 33, Monroe, was arrested by Deputies on a Green County Civil Arrest Warrant in the City of Monroe. Kubly satisfied the warrant and was released.
At 9:38 p.m., Deputies responded to the N9700 block of CTH U, Town of New Glarus, for a vehicle vs. deer collision. A motor vehicle operated by Kim D. Tschudy, 66, of New Glarus, was southbound on CTH U when he collided with a deer in the roadway. Tschudy was the lone vehicle occupant, was uninjured, and was wearing a seat belt. Tschudy's vehicle sustained severe front-end damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
