May 25, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on May 24, 2013: 

Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 6:37 A.M., a Deputy responded to the W6000 block of STH 11, Town of Monroe, for a vehicle vs. deer crash. Investigation revealed Susi Rygh, age 58, of Monroe, was eastbound on STH 11 when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle.  Rygh reported no seatbelt usage and no injuries. The vehicle sustained severe damage, without airbag deployment and was driven from the scene.
 
Drug Arrest:
At 4:14 P.M., a Deputy responded to a residence in the N4100 block of CTH E, Town of Decatur, for a report of marijuana being found in a room in the residence. Investigation resulted in a small amount of marijuana being located. Charles R. Paynter, age 52, of Linden, was cited for Possession of THC (marijuana) and released pending court.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 9:08 P.M., a Deputy responded to the N5000 block of Skinner Hollow Road, Town of Adams, for a vehicle vs. deer crash. Investigation revealed Jakob L. Baertschi, age 21, of Argyle, was southbound on Skinner Hollow Road when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Baertschi reported seatbelt usage and no injuries. The vehicle sustained moderate damage, with no airbag deployment and was driven from the scene.
