At 4:49 p.m. Deputies investigated a mvc  on STH 69 at 21st St in the City of Monroe. Investigation revealed that Judith A. Studer, 68, of Monroe was southbound on STH 69 traveling through the intersection on a green light when Marissa A. Beutel, 13 of Monroe was on a bicycle westbound in the south crosswalk and believed that Studer was preparing to turn westbound on 21st St. Beutel  proceeded into the crosswalk against a don't walk signal. Beutel then collided with the side of Studer's vehicle causing minor damage to Studer's vehicle without deploying the airbags. Studer reported seatbelt use and no injuries. Beutel reported no injuries and was not using any safety equipment at the time of the crash. Beutel's bicycle received very minor damage. Both vehicles were operated from the scene.
