The following incident occurred on 07 June 2013:

MVC
At 11:10 p.m. GRSO Deputies were called to the W7100 block of CTH Y in Monroe Township for a vehicle vs. deer crash. Marcella A. Hartwig, 59, Browntown, was w/b when a deer collided with her vehicle.  Hartwig was wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. There was no airbag deployment and the vehicle sustained moderate passenger side and front end damage and was driven from the scene. 
 
The following incidents occurred on 08 June 2013:
 
MVC
At 12:13 a.m. Deputies responded to a car vs. deer collision in the N6900 Block of CTH A in the Town of Adams. Jennifer Moore, age 31 of Argyle, WI was traveling west on CTH A, west of Vinger Rd, when a deer collided with the front of her vehicle. Jennifer reported wearing her seatbelt and was not injured in the collision. Jennifer's m/v sustained moderate damage to the front and both front quarter panels. There was no airbag deployment. Jennifer was able to drive the vehicle from the scene.
 
Tavern Violation
At 3:15 a.m. the Sheriff Dept. received a complaint that patrons were still inside the tavern at Trailside Inn in the Village of Browntown after bar closing time. Upon arrival Deputies could hear loud music coming from inside the establishment. Deputies met with subjects in the tavern and charges of being in a Closed Tavern after hours and Smoking in a Tavern are pending.
 
 MVC
At 3:25 a.m. Deputies investigated a mvc in the N2500 block of Cadiz Springs Rd. Investigation revealed that Lucas Robert Stoehr 20, Argyle, was southbound on Cadiz Springs Rd when he missed the intersection at Pine Tree Rd and entered a wooded area. Stoehr was not wearing his seatbelt but was not injured. There was no airbag deployment. There was moderate front side and undercarriage damage to the vehicle and it was towed from the scene. There was no airbag deployment. Stoehr was arrested for Absolute Sobriety, and cited for Possession of 25 grams or less of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Inattentive Driving. Stoehr was released pending court.
 
Passenger: Alexander W. Charlton, 19, Madison, stated he was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. Charlton will be cited for Obstructing Police was cited for Underage Possession/Consumption 2nd Offense, Possess 25 grams or less of marijuana, and Possess drug paraphernalia. Charlton was released pending court.
 
Passenger: Dorsey John Pierce 18, Stoughton, was not wearing his seatbelt and was not injured. Pierce was cited for 1st offense underage possession/consumption of Alcoholic Beverages, Possess 25 grams or less of marijuana, and Possess drug paraphernalia. He was released court.
 
Passenger: Andrew Oliver Meyer, 17, Oregon, claimed to be wearing a seatbelt and was uninjured. Meyer was arrested for Obstructing Police and was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possess 25 grams or less of marijuana, and 2nd Offense Possession/Consumption of alcoholic beverage. Meyer was released pending court.
 
MVC
At 4:40 A.M. Matthew M. Krebs, 47, Monroe reported he was traveling southbound on STH 104, North of Amidon Road, Town of Brooklyn when he collided with a deer.  No injury, seat belt used, no airbag deployment and no injury. Vehicle was driven from the scene.
