The following incidents occurred on June 11, 2013:
Operate Under the Influence of Drugs:
At 1:12 P.M., Deputies responded to a traffic complaint of a vehicle all over the roadway on STH 11. Deputies located the vehicle and subsequently stopped it on STH 11, west of CTH N, Town of Monroe. Investigation into the stop resulted in the arrest of the driver, Emily A. Skattum, age 29, of Monroe, for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence (Heroin). Skattum was booked into jail for Bailjumping, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Heroin and Possess/Illegally Obtain a Prescription. She was cited for Operating While Revoked and held pending court. The Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit assisted at the scene.
At 7:16 P.M., Deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on STH 69 at Hill Lane, Town of Monroe. Investigation into the stop resulted in the driver, Colin Denzel Hill, age 27, of Middleton, being cited for Operating Without Driver’s License, 2nd Offense, Improper Display of Registration, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance and Rear Window Unauthorized Sign. Hill was released pending court.
