The following incident occurred on June 18, 2013:
At 7:52 PM, Deputies, New Glarus Police, Blanchardville Fire and EMS responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash in the N8300 block of CTH A, Town of York. A vehicle driven by Brian A. Mason, age 26, of Argyle, was traveling west on CTH A when he failed to negotiate a curve after he reported he fell asleep. The vehicle left the west side of the road, where it overturned a couple of times before coming to rest on its wheels in the ditch. Mason reported seatbelt usage. He was transported for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Mason was cited for Operating While Revoked, Inattentive Driving, Failure to Maintain Control, and Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device. He was jailed on a probation hold.
