July 14, 2013:  Daily News Release
The following incident occurred on July 13, 2013:
 
Suspended Driver:
At 1:12 a.m., Crystal M. Richards, 28, Monroe, was stopped for speeding in the N4800 Block of STH 69 in Monroe Township. Richards was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Operating with a Suspended Driver’s License, (3rd Offense). Richards was released pending court.
 
Drug/Narcotics:
At 2:59 p.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on CTH K, near Union Road, Town of Spring Grove. Upon contacting the driver, he provided his brother’s name and incorrect date of birth. Further investigation determined the driver to be Lucas A. Strohacker, 23, of Davis, IL. Strohacker was subsequently arrested for Obstructing an Officer. He was booked into jail and posted the cash bond.  Strohacker was cited for: Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, Operating without a Valid License, Failure to Maintain Restraining Device (deployed airbags), Cracked/Damaged Windshield, Defective Tail Lamp, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana (less than 25 grams). He was released pending court.
 
Domestic Dispute:
At 7:59 p.m., Deputies investigated a Domestic Abuse that occurred at a residence on Trow Road in the town of Brooklyn. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Bradley D. Pernot, 35, Janesville, for Disorderly Conduct. Pernot posted bond and was released pending court.
