The following incident occurred on July 13, 2013:
At 11:14 p.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Failure to Yield Right of Way from a Stop Sign on STH 69 at Holloway Road, Washington Township. Blake M. Foesch, 17, of Monroe, was subsequently arrested for Violation of Absolute Sobriety and cited for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. Foesch's passenger, a 16-year-old female from Argyle, was cited for Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol and Possession of Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle as a Passenger. Another passenger, Tyler D. Bevins, 19, of Monroe, was cited for Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol. All subjects were released pending court.
The following incident occurred on 14 July 2013:
At 4:09 a.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for Expired Registration on 18th Avenue, at 6th Street, City of Monroe. Investigation into the stop resulted in the driver, Justin Lee Buelteman, 19, of Monroe, being cited for Operating While Suspended. He was released pending court.
