August 06, 2013: Daily News Release
The following incidents occurred on August 5, 2013:
At 2:29 P.M., Autumn R. Georgeson, age 20, of rural Albany, was arrested at the Sheriff’s Department on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. She was jailed.
At 6:01 P.M., Ronald D. Roesslein, age 51, of rural New Glarus, was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Comply with a court-ordered septic tank inspection. Roesslein posted the required bond and was released pending further court proceedings.
At 9:59 A.M., Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash in the N6800 block of CTH X, Town of Albany. Prior to law enforcement arrival, the vehicle occupants fled the scene. The operator was westbound on CTH X, failed to negotiate the curve and struck a tree. The driver's side air bag deployed in the vehicle. It is unknown if seat belts were used. The vehicle sustained severe damage. It was towed to the Sheriff’s Department and impounded. The case remains under investigation.
