August 12, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on August 11, 2013:

Alcohol Offense:
At 12:25 A.M., Deputies responded to a complaint of an underage drinking party at N6579 English Settlement Road, Town of Albany. Dylan R. Wittenwyler, age 17, of Albany, Mixiarelli Rodriguez Villa, age 18, of Fitchburg, Gerardo Lizaola Rodriguez, age 20, of Madison, and Sabrina R. Diaz-Barnett, age 19, of Albany, were cited for Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol. Amanda J. Child, age 22, of Albany, Jeromy M. Bragg, age 24, of Albany, and Francisco Giovanny Mora, age 21, of Albany, were cited for Permit/Fail to Take Action to Prevent Underage Consumption of Alcohol. All subjects were released pending court.
 
Domestic Abuse:
At 5:25 A.M., Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 500 block of 14th Avenue, in the Village of New Glarus. Adam M. Brann, age 34, of New Glarus, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Related Disorderly Conduct, Battery, and Criminal Damage to Property. Brann was jailed pending court.
