Both drivers reported wearing their safety belts. The vehicle operated by Munn was driven from the scene. The vehicle operated by Neuenschwander was towed from the scene. Both vehicles were inspected by the Wisconsin State Patrol with no violations identified that would have contributed to the crash. Munn was cited for Unsafe Backing and released pending court.
