September 17, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incident occurred on September 15, 2013:

Domestic Dispute:
At 11:42 p.m., Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Town Center Road, in the Town of Jefferson, for a Domestic Dispute. The investigation resulted in the offender, Carmen L. Prechel, 41, of Monroe, being charged with Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Prechel posted bond and was released pending court.
 
The following incidents occurred on September 16, 2013:
 
Disorderly Conduct:
At 2:55 p.m., Deputies responded to Pine Ridge Court, in the Town of Exeter, for a dispute between neighbors. Investigation resulted in Dale H Laube, 54, of Belleville, being cited for Disorderly Conduct. Laube was released pending court.
 
MV Crash/OWI:
At 7:13 p.m., Deputies, along with Blanchardville FD & EMS, responded to the W8800 block of STH 39, York Township, for a report of a one-vehicle rollover accident with injuries. An investigation found that a vehicle operated by Steven J. Hoffman, 25, of Blanchardville, was traveling west on STH 39 when his vehicle entered the north gravel shoulder. Hoffman overcorrected and entered the south ditch, where the vehicle rolled, coming to rest on its roof. Hoffman reported minor injuries, but declined EMS. He was wearing his seatbelt and there was no airbag deployment in the vehicle. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene. Hoffman was arrested for OWI 1st Offense, Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Concentration, and Failure to Maintain Control.  He was released pending court.
