September 20, 2013:  Daily News Release
The following incidents occurred on September 19, 2013:
 
Warrant:
At 2:19 a.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for a moving violation in the W3500 block of STH 11, Sylvester Township. Investigation resulted with the driver, Mario Gonzalez-Vasquez, 32, of Milwaukee, being arrested for a warrant issued by the Ozaukee County Sheriff Department for Failure to Appear. Mario was also cited for Criminal Operating While Revoked and Speeding. He was jailed pending transport to Ozaukee County.
 
MV Crash:
At 6:55 a.m., Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on STH 59, west of Towns Road, in the Town of Decatur. Melissa R Everson, 50, Monroe, was traveling east on STH 59 when she collided with a deer. Everson and her passenger were wearing seat belts, there was no injury and airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was towed.
 
MV Crash:
At 11:01 a.m., Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash in the W5200 block of Allison Road, Town of Washington. Melanie C. Kind, 23, Monroe, was travelling west when she lost control of the vehicle, went off the roadway and rolled over onto its top on the roadway. Kind was wearing her safety belt and airbags did deploy. Kind sustained injuries, but declined medical treatment. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
