September 27, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on September 26, 2013:

MV Crash:
At 12:24 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence on CTH GG in the Town of Decatur.  Leah J. Pawlish, 88, Brodhead, had driven her car into the garage and into the wall of the house. Pawlish then backed the car from the garage and struck a parked car in the driveway that is owned by Nicole M. Day, 32, Brodhead. Pawlish sustained injuries, was wearing a seat belt and there was no airbag deployment. Pawlish was transported to Monroe ER by Brodhead EMS. Pawlish's vehicle sustained moderate front and rear damage. Day's vehicle sustained moderate passenger side damage.
 
Traffic Crime:
At 9:15 p.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on STH 69, north of Hill Lane, Town of Monroe. The driver was identified as William L. Reiss, 51, of Monroe. He was cited for Operating without a Valid License (2nd Offense), Speeding and No Motor Vehicle Insurance. He was released pending a mandatory court date.
