MV Crash:
At 5:20 a.m.,  Steven G. Maaske, 55, of Monticello, was southbound on STH 69, near Gutzmer Road, when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. MV Crash:
At 3:06 p.m., Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on STH 81, at Joy Del Road, in the Town of Monroe. A truck operated by Mark A. West, 50, Monroe, had stopped in the westbound lane of traffic on STH 81, due to a westbound vehicle ahead of him waiting for eastbound traffic to clear before making a left turn onto Joy Del Road. A car operated by James A. Larson, 63, Monroe, was also going westbound on STH 81. Larson was looking at the farm machinery going eastbound on STH 81 and did not realize that traffic ahead of him had stopped. Larson's vehicle then collided with West's vehicle. No-one was injured and all were wearing seatbelts. There was no airbag deployment. Larson's vehicle received moderate damage and West's vehicle received minor damage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene by the operators.

At 3:58 p.m., Deputies arrest Loren C. Bowen, 26, of Albany, on a Probation Violation at the Green County Justice Center. Bowen was jailed.
