The following incidents occurred on October 15, 2013:
At 12:50 AM, Johnny R. Sanders, 59, of Albany, was northbound in the N6400 block of CTH E, Albany Township, when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Sanders’ vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. The airbags did not deploy. Sanders reported he was wearing his safety belt and was uninjured.
At 6:40 AM, Deputies took a car vs. deer crash report. Anita G. Fry, 60, of Warren, IL, was eastbound on STH 11, near CTH M, Cadiz Township when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Fry’s vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. The airbags did not deploy. Fry advised she was uninjured and was wearing her safety belt.
At 7:47 AM, Deputies responded to STH 69 & CTH NN, New Glarus Township, for a car vs. deer crash. Jeffrey J. Balsano, 47, of Monroe, was northbound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate damage that caused the airbags to deploy. Balsano advised he was wearing his safety belt and was uninjured. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
