November 06, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on November 5, 2013:

Drug Arrest:
At 4:33 A.M., Brandon L. Stokes, age 21, of Belleville, was stopped and cited for speeding on STH 69, near Abels Road, in the Town of Monroe. Following an investigation, Stokes was also cited for Possession of Marijuana under 25 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Stokes was released pending court.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 5:01 A.M., a Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash in the N7500 block of CTH A, Town of York.
Investigation revealed Benito N. Cuevas, age 50, of Argyle, was northbound on CTH A, when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Cuevas was not injured and was wearing a seatbelt.  The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 6:30 A.M., a Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash in the W7600 block of STH 81, Town of Jordan.
Investigation revealed Kelly E. Fox, age 55, of Darlington, was eastbound on STH 81 when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Fox was not injured and was wearing a seatbelt.  The vehicle sustained moderate damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 6:52 A.M., a Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash in the W8800 block of STH 39, Town of York.
Investigation revealed Ann L. Marty, age 53, of Blanchardville, was eastbound on STH 39 when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Marty was not injured and was wearing a seatbelt.  The vehicle sustained moderate damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash / Criminal Traffic:
At 6:18 P.M., a Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash on STH 104, at King Road, Town of Brooklyn. 
Investigation revealed Cristian O. Hernandez-Molina, age 30, of Fitchburg, was southbound on STH 104 when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Hernandez-Molina was not injured and was wearing a seatbelt.  The vehicle sustained moderate damage, with no airbag deployment, and was able to be driven from the scene. Hernandez-Molina was cited for Operating While Revoked as a Criminal Traffic Offense and was released pending court.
