November 19, 2013:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on November 18, 2013:

 
MV Accident:
At 4:44 p.m., Ashley S. Smith, 24, of Albany, reported that she was westbound on STH 59, near CTH SS, in the Town of Sylvester, when she was collided with deer. Smith advised that she was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage to the front and passenger side. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
 
Disorderly Conduct:
At 7:10 p.m., Deputies responded to a private residence on Evergreen Street, in the Town of Decatur, to check the welfare of a 17-month-old child.  Investigation resulted in the arrest of Darrin W. Demrow, 35, Brodhead, on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property and False Imprisonment. Demrow was jailed pending court. The 17-month-old child was found to be safe. Green County Human Services and Brodhead PD assisted Deputies with the investigation.
