The following incidents occurred on Saturday, January 18, 2014:

OWI:
At 1:08 a.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction on STH 11, near Steiner Road, Clarno Township.
Scott E. Wilkinson, 39, of Stockton, IL, was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, 3rd Offense. He was also cited for Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle. He was jailed pending court.
 
MV Crash – Injury:
At 4:36 a.m., Deputies responded to the W200 block of STH 59 for a vehicle crash vs  fence in the Town of Albany.  Kala L. Gray, 30, Albany, was traveling west on STH 59 when she lost control due to the ice and snow-covered road. Gray entered the north ditch, went through a barbed wire fence, and struck a tree with the front of her vehicle. Gray advised that she was wearing her seatbelt and suffered minor injuries, but refused EMS. The two juvenile passengers were properly restrained and uninjured. There was airbag deployment.   The vehicle sustained severe front-end damage and was towed from the scene.
 
MV Crash – Vehicle vs. Deer:
At 6:28 p.m., Deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash on STH 69, south of CTH H, Town of New Glarus.
Investigation revealed a vehicle operated by Larry E. Heindel, 70, of Monroe, was southbound on STH 69 when a deer collided with his vehicle. Heindel was not injured, his seatbelt was used and the airbag did not deploy. The vehicle sustained moderate front and driver's side damage and was driven from the scene. The passenger in the vehicle reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. There was no airbag deployment.
