January 30, 2014:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on January 29, 2014:

Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 2:08 a.m., Deputies received a report of a car vs. deer collision that occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. in the N2500 Block of Cadiz Springs Road, Town of Cadiz. The driver and sole occupant, Jacqueline J. Siegel, age 40, of Argyle, was traveling south on Cadiz Spring Road, north of Pine Tree Road, when a deer collided with her vehicle. Jacqueline was not injured and reported wearing her seatbelt. Jacqueline's vehicle sustained severe damage to the front-passenger-side quarter panel, hood, and front bumper. There was no airbag deployment. The vehicle entered the east ditch following the collision.  Jacqueline was able to drive the vehicle from the scene.
 
Warrant Arrest:
At 1:29 p.m., Deputies arrested Joseph A. Brandon, 34, of Monroe, on a Rock County Warrant for Failure to Pay Child Support. Brandon was transported to Brodhead and turned over to Rock County Sheriff Department.
 
Domestic Dispute:
At 5:03 p.m., Deputies responded to the W4500 Block of Greenbush Road, in the Town of Sylvester, for a Domestic Dispute. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Derek A. Williams, 51, Monroe, on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. Williams posted bond and was released pending court.
 
Warrant Arrest:
At 5:31 p.m., while conducting a Theft Investigation, Deputies arrested Marquis Mekhi Mayo, 19, of Monroe, at a residence in Monroe on a Felony Warrant issued by the Department of Corrections. Mayo was jailed.
