The following incidents occurred on February 6, 2014:

Domestic Abuse Incident:
At 12:30 a.m., Deputies, Belleville Police and EMS responded to a 911 hang-up at a residence in the W3000 STH 92, Town of Exeter. Investigation into the incident led to the arrest of Clyde L. Leverton, age 42, of rural Belleville, for domestic-abuse-related Disorderly Conduct, Battery, Strangulation, Intimidation of a Victim, False Imprisonment and Criminal Damage to Property. Leverton was jailed pending court.
 
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 7:47 a.m., Deputies were called to investigate a two-vehicle accident that occurred on CTH C, west of CTH CC, Mount Pleasant Township. Investigation revealed that a car, driven by Riley Randall Costa Spohn, 18, of Albany, was traveling west on CTH C when his left front tire and rim came off his vehicle and the tire and rim struck a van traveling east on CTH C, driven by Ryan D. Timm, 27, of Monticello. Riley Costa Spohn and his passenger were not injured in the accident and both were wearing seat belts. No air bags were deployed on the car Riley Costa Spohn was driving. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Timm was not injured in the accident and was wearing his seat belt. No air bags were deployed on the van he was driving. This vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
 
Traffic Crime:
At 8:16 p.m., Colten J. Shaw, 20, Orangeville, was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle after Driver’s License is Revoked in the N900 block of STH 69, Town of Clarno. Shaw was released pending court.
