February 23, 2014:  Daily News Release

The following incident occurred on February 22, 2014: 

Operate Under the Influence – Alcohol Related:
At 12:26 A.M., Deputies, along with Monroe Police, responded to a traffic complaint of a possible intoxicated driver leaving the City of Monroe limits heading westbound on STH 11. A short time later, a Monroe Officer located the suspect vehicle in the ditch in the W6000 block of STH 11, Town of Monroe.   Investigation revealed Lyudmila M. Moser, age 44, of Monroe, was westbound on STH 11 when her vehicle drifted into the median and collided with the snow-packed ditch. The vehicle sustained moderate damage, without airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Moser was not injured and seatbelt usage is unknown. Moser was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence and cited for Failure to Maintain Control of a motor vehicle. Moser was jailed pending court or release to a responsible party.
