March 18, 2014:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on March 17, 2014:

Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 7:21 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of CTH J and CTH C, in Adams Township, for a motor vehicle crash. Troy A. Gartman, 33, Gratiot, was eastbound on CTH C, went through the intersection and struck a snow embankment on the east side of CTH J. The vehicle sustained moderate front and undercarriage damage.  Gartman was wearing a seatbelt, there was no airbag deployment and the vehicle was driven from the scene.
 
Probation and Parole Warrant:
At 2:01 p.m., Deputies arrested Nicholas Johnson, 20, Juda, at the Green County Justice Center on a Probation and Parole Warrant. Johnson was jailed.
 
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 7:47 p.m., Deputies responded to the N7500 block of STH 69, New Glarus Township, for a car vs. deer accident. LuAnne C. Rosa, 60, of Monroe, was operating southbound on STH 69 when a deer collided with her vehicle.  Rosa was not injured, was wearing her seat belt, and the air bags did not deploy. Rosa's vehicle sustained moderate damage to the front end and was towed from the scene.
