April 07, 2014:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on April 6, 2014: 

Operate Under the Influence:
At 1:18 A.M., a Deputy stopped a vehicle in the W1700 block of STH 92, Town of Brooklyn. The driver, Tiffany R. Bybee, age 28, of Madison, was arrested for 1st Offense Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol. She was also cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration, Possession of THC and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released to a responsible party pending court. Brooklyn Police assisted at the scene.
 
Arrests:
At 2:49 A.M., Deputies, along with Monroe Police, were dispatched to W5222 CTH KK, Town of Monroe, for a report of a fight in progress. Investigation into the incident resulted with the following actions being taken:
 
Keeona A. Newton, age 19, of Freeport, IL, was cited for Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of a False ID, Entering a Licensed Premise, Possession of THC less than 25g, and Underage Consumption of Alcohol.
 
Ajee L. Alexander, age 19, of Freeport, IL, was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol, Entering a Licensed Premise and Obstructing.
 
Kayana M. Alexander, age 34, of Freeport, IL, was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Malicious Destruction of Property.
 
All were released pending court.
 
Vehicle vs. Deer Crash:
At 2:53 A.M., a Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash in the W5600 block of CTH C, Town of Washington.
Investigation revealed Raymond K. Moore, age 33, of Argyle, was westbound on CTH C when a deer entered the roadway and collided with the vehicle. Moore was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured. The vehicle sustained moderate damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
 
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 10:30 A.M., Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash in the W7800 block of Smock Valley Road, Town of Cadiz. Investigation revealed Samuel D. Sink, age 22, of rural Monroe, was westbound on Smock Valley Road when he reported he lost control after swerving to miss a deer. The vehicle entered the south ditch and collided with several small trees and brush. Sink was not injured and reported wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained moderate damage, without airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.
 
Arrest:
At 5:35 P.M., Deputies responded to W533 Mary Lane, Town of Decatur, for a report of bond violations. Darrin W. Demrow, age 35, of Brodhead, was arrested for Felony Bail Jumping. He was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
