The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, May 6, 2014:

MV Crash – Car vs. Deer:
At 12:26 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the N6900 block of Holstein Prairie Road to complete a motor vehicle accident report that occurred on May 1, 2014, at approximately 6:00 p.m., on CTH J, just south of Grossen Road, in the Town of Adams. Christopher James Fawcett, 19, Livingston, had been travelling south on CTH J, just south of Grossen Road, when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Fawcett and his passenger reported wearing seatbelts and were uninjured. There was no airbag deployment. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene.
 
MV Crash – Injury:
At 6:11 p.m., Deputies, along with Monticello First Response, were dispatched to the N5700 block of CTH N, Washington Township, for a one-vehicle rollover with possible injuries.   A vehicle operated by Noe Martinez, 25, Monroe, was traveling north on CTH N, when his vehicle entered the east gravel ditch. Martinez overcorrected and the vehicle entered the west ditch, went up an embankment and rolled, coming to rest on the driver’s side. Martinez was able to exit the vehicle prior to emergency personnel arrival. Martinez sustained minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to an area hospital. He reported wearing his seatbelt and there was no airbag deployment.  The vehicle sustained severe overall damage and was towed from the scene.
 
Martinez was cited for Operate Without Valid Driver's License and Failure to Maintain Control. He was released with a court date.
