June 07, 2014:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on June 6, 2014:

Alcohol Offenses:
At 12:03 A.M., the Green County Sheriff's Office received a complaint of a loud party on Goepfert Road, Town of Sylvester. Upon arrival, numerous unsafe parking violations were observed and a loud party was in progress. As a result of an investigation, the following citations were issued:
1st offense underage person possess or consume alcohol:
- Benjamin Thomas Murray, age 19, of Monroe
- Martina Leal-Schevenin, age 19, of Monroe
- Mitchell William Riese, age 19, of Monroe
- Ryan Paul Zimmerman, age 20, of New Glarus
- Taylor Michael Nealis, age 19, of New Glarus
- Taylor John Disch, age 19, of New Glarus
- Briana Mae Katzenberger, age 19, of Monroe
- Benjamin Jeffrey Milton Prophett, age 19, of Monroe
- Rachel Lee Steiner, age 18, of Madison
- Lane Scott Berndt, age 18, of Monroe
- Austin Grei Lewey, age 19, of Monroe
- Eric Joseph Timm, age 17, of Monroe
- Steven Scott Christiansen, age 19, of Monroe
- Jonah David Antos, age 19, of Milwaukee
- Payton Michael Hoesly, age 19, of Monroe
- Todd A. Durst, age 19, of Milwaukee
- Emily Jo Gruenenfelder, age 17, of Blanchardville
- Brenna Lynn Sargent, age 19, of New Glarus
- Dylan D. Way, age 19, of New Glarus
2nd offense underage person possess or consume alcohol:
- Alexander Michael Barenklau, age 19, of Monroe
- Breawn Ashley Ambrose, age 18, of Monroe
- Cassandra Rae Benner, age 19, of Juda
Obstructing an officer & 2nd offense underage person possess or consume alcohol:
- Kate Lynn Poppe, age 20, of Monroe
All subjects were released pending court. Additional citations are pending for subject(s) that were hosting the party.
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 3:36 A.M., Tito D. Veasey, 39, Hainesville, IL, was traveling westbound on STH 92, near Glenway Road, in the Town of Brooklyn, when he reported he swerved to miss a deer as he entered the intersection. Veasey lost control of his vehicle, went off the roadway and collided with a road sign. The vehicle sustained moderate damage, no airbag deployment, seat belt worn, no injury and the vehicle was driven from the scene. 
At 7:51 A.M., Deputies responded to a Trespassing complaint on Red Cedar Lane, in the Town of Decatur. Investigation resulted in Mason T. Obermann, 18, of Brodhead, being cited for 1st Offense Underage Alcohol Possession and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Obermann was released pending court.
At 4:08 P.M., Deputies arrested Sarah K. Mueller, 22, Browntown, on a Department of Corrections Warrant at the Green County Justice Center. Mueller was jailed.
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 8:07 P.M., Deputies responded to the N6100 block of STH 69, in Mount Pleasant Township, for a vehicle vs. deer collision. Kyle C. Baker, 51, of Monroe, was southbound on STH 69 when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Baker was the lone occupant, was properly restrained, and was uninjured. Baker's vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and no airbag deployment. Due to fluid loss, the vehicle was later towed from the scene.
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 8:36 P.M., Deputies responded to the W6500 block of STH 11, in the Town of Clarno, for a truck versus deer crash. Kenneth E. Thomas, 44, Monroe, was going westbound when a deer collided with his truck. The occupants of the truck were not injured and were wearing seatbelts. There was no airbag deployment. The truck received minor damage and was driven from the scene by the operator.
