The following incidents occurred June 7, 2014:

Disorderly Conduct:
At 12:50 P.M., Deputies were dispatched to the Village of Monticello for a disturbance. Investigation resulted in the following subjects being cited for Disorderly Conduct and released pending court:
 
Nicholas Joseph D'Andrea, 30, Greeneville, TN
Sarah M. Cedillo, 33, Greeneville, TN 
Amber K. Kluever, 27, Monticello, WI
Sara Anne Hill, 29, Monticello, WI
 
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 6:58 P.M., Deputies, Albany EMS and Fire Dept. were dispatched to a vehicle crash on Decatur Albany Road, east of CTH F, in Albany Township. Investigation revealed that Janet E. Fenwick, 60, of Brodhead, was southbound on CTH F and when she turned east onto Decatur Albany Road, a cooler in the back seat turned over. Fenwick stated she reached back as she didn't want the water to spill out and that is when she went into the north ditch on Decatur Albany Road. Fenwick reported an injury, but declined EMS.  The air bags did not deploy and Fenwick was wearing her seat belt. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed.
 
ATV Crash:
At 8:40 P.M., Deputies investigated an all-terrain vehicle crash that occurred in the N8800 block of Schilt Road, Town of Exeter. Investigation revealed that a 9-year-old male, of Belleville, was traveling southbound in the road ditch, operating a Kawasaki ATV. It was reported that the juvenile male turned to go around a mailbox and fell off the ATV, the ATV then ran over his leg. The juvenile male was wearing a helmet with no eye protection and sustained injuries. He was transported to Monroe Emergency room by private vehicle.
 
Domestic Dispute:
At 10:33 P.M., Deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the N3400 block of Aebly Road, Town of Monroe. Investigation resulted in Kent W. Bahler, 51, of Monroe, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct - Domestic Abuse.  Bahler was jailed pending bond or court.
 
Check Welfare:
At 11:07 P.M., Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Washington Street, Juda (Town of Jefferson), for a report of an assault occurring. Upon arrival, Deputies found a large Underage Alcohol Consumption party. These 9 subjects were cited for Underage Possession/Consume Alcohol and released pending court:

KOLLATZ, Ashley, J., 18, Monroe          
WILDE, Michyl Louis, 20, Monroe        
PRICE, Alex Jacob, 18, Brodhead         
WILSON, Jacob, M., 18, Brodhead       
DOUGLAS, Jordan E., 19, Brodhead      
OBERMANN, Mason T., 18, Brodhead  
Male Juvenile, 16, Brodhead                  
 
The next two subjects:
 
PHIFFER, Marcus, J., 18, Brodhead     Cited for Underage Possession/Consume Alcohol,
                                                                  Jailed on a Probation Warrant
 
MONTE-HAYDEN, Jared, W., 17, Juda    Cited for Underage Possession/Consume Alcohol,  Jailed on  charges of  Possession of  THC and Possession of  Drug Paraphernalia and  Resisting Arrest
