The following incidents occurred on 16 August 2014:


Motor Vehicle Crash

At 1:41 a.m. Deputies were called to the W8700 block of Sawmill Rd in York Township for a possible motor vehicle crash.  On law enforcement arrival the m/v involved in the crash was being towed from the scene by a private m/v.  Herbert W Huff, 24, New Glarus, advised he was westbound, negotiating a curve, when he lost control of the vehicle.  Huff struck a tree in the south shoulder of the roadway.  Huff reported wearing a seatbelt and was uninjured.  The vehicle sustained severe driver's side and front end damage.  There was no airbag deployment and the vehicle was towed from the scene.   Huff was cited for 2nd Offense Failure to Notify Police of an Accident, Driving too Fast for Conditions, and Operate MV W/O Proof of Insurance.  Huff was released pending court.  Michael S. Cooter, 26, Blanchardville was operating a truck pulling the Hoff m/v was cited for Operate W/O a Valid Driver’s License.  Cooter was released pending court.


Disorderly Conduct / Warrant

At 4:05 A. M Deputes were dispatched to Bloom Lane in the Town of Monroe for a noise complaint.  Investigation resulted in the arrest of Paul Michael Parker, 21, of Monroe on a Walworth County Child Support Warrant.  Parker was jailed pending transport to Walworth County.   Annebelle Beth Canady 49, Monroe was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released pending court.


Motor Vehicle Crash

At 4:45 a.m. Alex J. Hasse, 24, Juda was traveling west on Mohns Road in the W2600 Block Town of Sylvester when looked down at his cell phone, entered the south ditch and struck an Alliant Energy utility pole.  Hasse sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital by private m/v.  The vehicle sustained severe damage.  Seat belt usage unknown and no airbags were deployed.  The m/v was towed from the scene.  Incident remains under investigation.


Motor Vehicle Crash

At 11:11 a.m., Deputies, along with Blanchardville Fire and EMS, responded to a motorcycle accident in the W9200 BLK of CTH H in the York Township.  Joan A. Faase, 80, of West Bend was traveling West on CTH H when she went wide on the corner of CTH H and Syse Ln, entered some gravel and laid the motorcycle on its left side coming to a stop in a ditch.  Faase was wearing her helmet and safety glasses. Faase was transported to Monroe Clinic ER by Blanchardville EMS due to her injuries.


Lewd and Lascivious Behavior

At 7:15 p.m. deputies were called to the Sugar River boat landing in the W500 block of CTH F, Town of Decatur for a disturbance.  Investigation resulted in John A. Beilharz Jr 28, of Beloit and Brittany N. Mellem 25, of Monticello being arrested for Lewd and Lascivious Behavior.  Both were jailed pending bond or court.
