The following incidents were reported on Monday, November 30, 2015:
Motor Vehicle Crash-Personal Injury:
At 2:02 PM, Deputies were advised of a motor vehicle crash with injuries that occurred in the W8200 block of STH 11, Town of Cadiz. Investigation revealed that Glenda J. Smith, 31, of South Wayne, was westbound on STH 11 when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a bridge. Smith and her passenger, Daniel F. Baumgartner, 29, of South Wayne, left the scene of the crash with the vehicle without reporting the crash. Both Smith and Baumgartner received injuries from the crash and sought treatment at a local hospital for those injuries. Smith and Baumgartner reported wearing their seat belts. The vehicle sustained moderate damage. The air bags did not deploy. The crash remains under investigation.
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 5:21 PM, Deputies took a report of a vehicle vs. dog crash in the N7000 block of STH 69, Town of Washington. Richard L. Tullis, 54, of Monroe, was traveling south when a dog entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle, causing very minor damage. Tullis was uninjured and was wearing his seat belt. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
