The following incidents were reported on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016:
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 7:32 AM deputies responded to the intersection of CTH EE and CTH E, Town of Albany, for a two vehicle crash.
Anthony F. Fetzer, 71, of Pardeeville, was stopped at the stop sign when he started to back up, due to a dump truck turning onto CTH EE. Fetzer backed into a vehicle that was operated by Lynn M. Moore, 47, of Albany.
Fetzer was wearing his seat belt and was not injured in the crash. The air bags did not deploy in Fetzer’s vehicle. Moore was wearing her seat belt and was not injured in the crash. The air bags did not deploy in Moore’s vehicle. Moore’s vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Fetzer did not have any damage to his vehicle and it was driven from the scene.
Motor Vehicle Crash-Personal Injury:
At 3:37 PM deputies along with Brodhead Fire, EMS and Police responded to a one vehicle crash on CTH E north of Myrt Lane, Town of Decatur. Alana J. M. O'Bel, 16, of Albany, was southbound on CTH E when she lost control of her vehicle. O'Bel entered the ditch, where the vehicle overturned one time, coming to a rest on its roof.
O'Bel was injured in the crash and was transported by EMS to a local hospital. O'Bel was wearing her seat belt and the air bag did not deploy. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. O'Bel was cited for Failure to Maintain Control of Vehicle and was released pending court.
At 9:42 PM, Deputies responded to a residence in the N500 block of Mt Hope Rd, Town of Spring Grove, for a domestic abuse case. Investigation resulted in Nicholas S. Rowley, 20, Brodhead, being arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and false imprisonment. He was jailed pending court.
