The following incidents were reported on Thursday, May 19th, 2016:

Motor Vehicle Crash-Personal Injury:


At 4:14 AM, Deputies, along with Albany EMS and Albany Fire Department, responded to the N5000 block of STH 104, Town of Albany, for a one-vehicle crash with injuries. Jonathan A. Willcox, 35, of Durand, IL, was westbound on CTH B in Rock County when Willcox reported that he fell asleep and proceeded through the intersection of STH 104 without stopping. The vehicle entered the west ditch and struck an embankment. Willcox was wearing his safety belt and the air bags deployed in the vehicle. Willcox was transported by EMS to a local hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.


Motor Vehicle Crash:


At 11:49 AM, Deputies, along with the WI State Patrol, responded to a report of a semi vs. car crash on STH 11 at CTH S, Town of Jefferson. Robert G. Haberman Jr., 65, of Brodhead, was operating a semi and was westbound on STH 11, attempting to turn north on CTH S. Haberman started to make a turn on to CTH S when a westbound vehicle, operated by Joyce A. Brannan, 65, of Albany, collided with his semi.


Haberman was not injured in the crash and was wearing his seat belt. Brannan was not injured in the crash and was wearing his seat belt. There was no damage to the semi unit and it was driven from the scene.  Brannan's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. The air bags did not deploy in either vehicle.


Warrant Arrest:


At 8:55 PM, Deputies arrested Kenin L. Stewart, 31, of Monroe, in the 1800 block of 13th Avenue, in the City of Monroe. Stewart was arrested on a warrant that was issued by Green County and a warrant that was issued by the Department of Corrections. Stewart was jailed. The Monroe Police Department assisted at the scene.
