August 22, 2016:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on 21 August 2016:

MVC:
At 11:36 PM, Deputies responded to the W400 Block of English Settlement, Town of Albany, for a motor vehicle crash. Nolan M. Kicmol, 16, Albany, (and passenger) were west bound on English Settlement Road when the steering of the vehicle "locked-up." The vehicle proceeded to crash into the south ditch. No one was injured, they were wearing their seatbelts, and the airbags deployed. The vehicle sustained moderate damage.  The vehicle was removed from the scene by the vehicle owner.
 
MVC:
At 2:29 AM, Deputies responded to N7767 STH 104, Town of Brooklyn for a mvc.  Ben J. Erickson, 19, of Stoughton was traveling westbound on CTH C (Rock County) when he failed to stop at the stop sign at STH 104. Erickson continued westbound through a ditch, two county signs (Dual arrow sign and a CTH C sign) and multiple bushes before coming to rest in the yard in the N7700 Block of STH 104. Erickson left the scene but was located. The vehicle sustained severe front end damage and undercarriage damage. Erickson reported wearing his seatbelt and there was no airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed form the scene.  Erickson was arrested for OWI 1st Offense and cited for Fail/stop at stop sign, Hit and Run-property adjacent to highway, Failure of operator to notify police of accident, Open intoxicant in MV-driver, Underage poses/consume alcohol 1st and PAC 1st. Erickson was released pending court.
 
MVC:
At about 2:55 PM Deputies responded to the N100 block of CTH T in the Town of Spring Grove for a one vehicle crash with no injuries. A car driven by Madeline E. Kuhl, 16, Davis, IL was going N/B on CTH T when she failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle went into the east ditch where it struck a fence.  The vehicle came to a rest in a field.   The driver was wearing a seatbelt and reported no injuries. There was no airbag deployment.  The car sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene by the operator.
 
Trespass:
At 3:06 PM Deputies arrested Debra R. Dippen-Watterson 58, of New Glarus on a charge of Criminal trespass to a dwelling at a residence in the W5700 block of County Hwy H, Town of New Glarus. Dippen-Watterson posted bond and was released pending court.
