The following incidents were reported on Sunday, August 28th, 2016:

Traffic Offense:


At 2:06 AM, Deputies stopped a vehicle in the W7800 block of Smock Valley Road, Town of Jordan. Investigation resulted in Silvino Lopez Ruiz, 56, Monroe, being cited for Operating without a Valid Driver’s License. He was released pending court.


Motor Vehicle Crash-Personal Injury:


At 12:47 PM, Deputies, along with Monticello Fire and Albany EMS, responded to the W2500 block of Zurfluh Road, Town of Mount Pleasant, for a two-vehicle crash with injuries.


Melody A. Hawkins, 60, of South Wayne, was westbound on Zurfluh Road and was attempting to turn into a driveway when her vehicle collided with an eastbound vehicle that was operated by Kimberly K. Wildt, 51, of Albany. Hawkins was not injured in the crash and was wearing her seat belt. The air bags did not deploy in Hawkins’ vehicle. Wildt was injured in the crash and was transported by EMS to a local hospital. Wildt was wearing her seat belt and the air bags deployed in her vehicle. Hawkins’ vehicle had severe damage to it and it was towed from the scene. Wildt’s vehicle had moderate damage to it and it was towed from the scene.


Motor Vehicle Crash-Personal Injury:


At 5:54 PM, Deputies, along with Argyle Fire Department and Argyle EMS, responded to a motorcycle crash with injuries in the N5800 block of Wildlife Road, Town of Adams.


Investigation revealed that Rick L. Busch, 50, of Blanchardville, was southbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and was ejected from the motorcycle. Busch was injured in the crash and was transported by Medflight to a hospital. Busch was wearing eye protection, but no helmet. The motorcycle received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Busch was cited for having No Insurance.


Warrant Arrest:


At 7:14 PM, Nicholas D. Siegel, 23, of Monroe, turned himself in at the Green County Sheriff's Office, 2827 6th Street, in the City of Monroe. Siegel was arrested on a warrant that was issued through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Siegel was jailed.
