The following incidents occurred on Friday, January 13th, 2017:
The Green County Sheriff's Office responded to the W1000 block of North Drive, Decatur Township, for a loud music complaint. As a result of the investigation, the offender was located and warned for the loud music.
Motor Vehicle Crash (Injury):
At 6:31 a.m., the Green County Sheriff's Office responded to the N9300 block of CTH U, New Glarus Township, for a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation revealed that John S. Williams, 59, Oregon, WI, was operating on CTH U when his vehicle ran out of gas. Williams attempted to push the vehicle off the roadway when the vehicle rolled back and struck Williams and a guardrail. Williams sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The Williams vehicle received minor damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Williams was cited for Failure to Wear Seatbelt as an Operator.
Brandon W. Schlapbach, 31, of Albany, WI, was arrested on a Monroe PD Warrant for Failure To Pay Fine warrant. Schlapbach was transported to the Green County Jail.

Motor Vehicle Crash (Injuries):
The Green County Sheriff's Office responded to the N100 block of Martintown Road, Cadiz Township, for a reported motor vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation revealed that Joseph A. Lartz, 28, Monroe, WI, lost control on a curve, struck a ditch embankment, and came to rest after striking a cement landscaping wall. Lartz was transported to the hospital by Green County EMS for non-life-threatening injuries. Lartz was issued citations for Operate After Revocation (Alcohol Related), Failure To Maintain Control, and Operate Motor Vehicle Without Insurance. Lartz’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
