The following incidents were reported on Wednesday, May 17, 2017:
Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
At 6:06 p.m., Deputies responded to the intersection STH 69/STH81/STH 11 (Argyle Interchange) for a two-vehicle crash. Melanie F. Segner, 50, of Monroe, was northbound on STH 81 when a truck, operated by Jeffrey E. Weber, 37, of Malone, WI, pulled into the intersection, causing Melanie to collide with the truck.
Segner and Weber reported wearing their seatbelts, and were uninjured. There was no airbag deployment. Segner’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Weber's vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. Weber was cited for Failure to Yield the Right-of-Way from a Stop Sign, and was released pending his court date.
