The following incidents were reported on Sunday July 16, 2017:
Operating While Intoxicated:
At 12:25 AM, Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash with no injuries in the area of STH 81, at CTH J, Town of Monroe. George K. Yoder, 42, Juda, was eastbound on STH 81 when another vehicle operated by Timothy L. Czech, 51, Elk Mound,
failed to yield from the stop sign at CTH J. Czech's vehicle struck Yoder's vehicle on its driver side, causing moderate damage, but it was still drivable. Czech's vehicle sustained moderate front and front passenger side damage, and was disabled at the scene.
Czech was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated - 3rd Offense (alcohol), and jailed pending cash bond or initial appearance. Czech also received a citation for Failure to Yield to Right of Way from a Stop Sign.
At 7:21 PM, Deputies, along with Belleville and Albany Police Officers, responded to a disturbance at a residence in the W1900 block of Zweifel Rd., Town of Brooklyn. Bruce A Halverson, 54, Brooklyn, was arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing an Officer and False Imprisonment. He is confined at the Green County Jail pending court.
