August 31, 2017:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, August 30th, 2017:

Motor Vehicle Crash:

 

At 10:46 AM, Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on STH 11 at STH 81, Town of Monroe.

 

Investigation revealed that Michael J. Scott, 47, of Monroe, was stopped at the stop sign when he was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Melvin W. Dosch Jr., 55, of Ridgeway, WI. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured in the crash. There was no air bag deployment in either vehicle. Both vehicles received minor damage and were driven from the scene.

 

Warrant Arrest:

 

At 12:18 PM, Adam J. Dundee, 35, of Brodhead, was arrested at the Green County Sheriff’s Office, 2800 block of 6th Street, City of Monroe, on a Failure to Pay Fine warrant that was issued by Green County. Dundee was not able to post bond and was jailed.

 

Motor Vehicle Crash:

 

At 4:39 PM, Deputies, along with Juda Fire Department and Green County EMS, responded to the N2500 block of Bagley Road, Town of Sylvester, for a one-vehicle crash. A vehicle, driven by Izaac A. Bauman, 18, of Brodhead, was going northbound on Bagley Road when he swerved to avoid an animal on the road. Bauman’s vehicle then entered the ditch where it overturned.

 

Bauman was wearing his seat belt and was not injured in the crash. Bauman was transported by EMS to the Monroe ER. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Josie L. Neeley, 18, of Brodhead. Neeley was not injured in the crash and was wearing her seat belt. Neeley was transported by EMS to the Monroe ER. There was no airbag deployment. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

 

Warrant Arrest:

 

At 9:35 PM, Deputies arrested Andrue E.K. Moen, 28, of Argyle, at a residence in the N6500 block of Biggs Road, Town of Adams.  Moen was arrested for a Green County warrant for Failure to Pay Child Support.  Moen was jailed.
