ARREST:
At 12:21 PM, Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the N2400 block of VanMatre Lane, in the Town of Clarno. The investigation resulted in Mark A. Elmer, age 41, Monroe, being arrested for Battery and Disorderly Conduct under the Wisconsin Domestic Abuse Law. Elmer was held at the Green County Jail pending cash bond or court.
