The following events occurred on Friday, October 27th, 2017:
Operating While Under The Influence/Motor Vehicle Crash – Personal Injury:
At 2:06 AM, Deputies, Belleville Fire, and Belleville EMS responded to the intersection of County Highway CC and Tunnel Road, in the Town of Exeter, for a one-vehicle roll over. The investigation revealed that Jordan K. Marsh, age 23, of rural Brodhead, was eastbound on Tunnel Road when he failed to stop at a stop sign and lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle rotated clockwise, slid through the intersection, and overturned in the southeast ditch. The vehicle sustained disabling damage; there was no airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Marsh reported wearing his seatbelt. He sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Monroe Clinic Emergency Room. Marsh was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was also cited for Failure To Maintain Control of a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, and Failure to Notify DMV of an Address Change. Marsh was released to a responsible party pending a mandatory court appearance.

Update to News Release for September 30th, 2017, Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
The investigation into the crash resulted in Maple Leaf Cheese being cited for Vehicle Owner Liability for Failure to Stop at an Accident and Hit and Run Property Adjacent to Highway.
