The following incidents occurred on Sunday, November 19th, 2017:
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At 5:19 PM, Deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash in the N8800 block of County Hwy J, Town of York. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Patrick A. O'Neill, 77, of Mount Horeb, was southbound on CTH J when he struck a Holstein cow and dog in the roadway. O'Neill left the scene without reporting the crash. Deputies located O'Neill parked along CTH J.
O'Neill was not injured and was wearing his seat belt. The air bag in his vehicle did not deploy. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene. O'Neill was cited for Failure to Report a Crash to Law Enforcement and was released pending court.
