December 31, 2017:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on Saturday, December 30th, 2017:

Motor Vehicle Crash:

At 9:22 AM, Deputies responded to the intersection of Falk Rd. & Klondike Rd., Town of Jordan, for a one-vehicle crash. Hans L. Gehrman, 24, of Argyle, was westbound on Falk Rd. when he lost control of his vehicle due to the snow-covered road. Gehrman’s vehicle entered the ditch where it overturned. Gehrman was wearing his seat belt and was not injured. The air bags deployed in the vehicle. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

Motor Vehicle Crash-Personal Injury:

At 11:30 AM, Deputies, along with Monroe Fire Department and Green County EMS, responded to the N2200 block of STH 69, Town of Clarno, for a one-vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation revealed that Christopher C. Dahmen, 17, of Monroe, was southbound on STH 69 when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow-covered road. Dahmen’s vehicle struck a guardrail and then went down an embankment. Dahmen was wearing his seat belt and there was no air bag deployment. Dahmen was injured in the crash and was transported by EMS to the Monroe ER. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

Motor Vehicle Crash:

At 5:30 PM, Deputies responded to the W4400 block of CTH W, Town of Exeter, for a one-vehicle crash. John G. Krueger, 48, of Mequon, WI, was eastbound on CTH W when he collided with three cattle that were on the road. Krueger was not injured and was wearing his seat belt. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
