January 17, 2018:  Daily News Release

The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, January 16th, 2018:

Motor Vehicle Crash:

At 4:57 AM, Deputies responded to the N1800 Block of CTH S, Town of Jefferson, for a one-vehicle crash. Brandon D. Goznikar, 34, of Monroe, was northbound when he lost control of his vehicle, entered the ditch, and struck a fence. Goznikar was not injured in the crash and was wearing his seat belt. The air bags did not deploy in the vehicle. The vehicle had minor damage and was driven from the scene.

Motor Vehicle Crash:

At 7:46 AM, Deputies responded to the intersection of King Road & Freideig Road, Town of Brooklyn, for a one-vehicle crash. Nicole M. Davis, 40, of Brooklyn, was eastbound on King Road when she lost control of her vehicle due to the snow-covered road. Davis entered the ditch, where she struck a tree. Davis was not injured in the crash and was wearing her seat belt. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle had severe damage and was towed from the scene.

Motor Vehicle Crash:

At 5:25 PM, Deputies responded to the N2300 block of Bloom Lane, Town of Clarno, for a two-vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that Dylan J. Wiegel, 26, of Monroe, was traveling southbound when he lost control of his vehicle and struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. The parked vehicle sustained minor damage and the air bags did not deploy. Wiegel was not injured in the crash and was wearing his seat belt. The air bags did not deploy in Wiegel's vehicle. Wiegel’s vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
